Branded planners, stationery, and accessories produced and shipped to your address.

3. Payment

Payment for any offering is processed at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Services

You may reschedule a coaching session without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to resource commitments. If eligible, a refund of the paid amount will be issued to your original method of payment within ten business days. You may transfer a session to another date or participant by submitting a request via our contact form.

4.2 Information Products

If less than ten percent of a digital product is accessed, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment within ten business days of approval. After seven days or once more than ten percent of the content is accessed, all sales are final.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within fifteen days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges unless the item is defective. Once we receive and inspect the shipment, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within ten business days. Exchanges are available for items of equal value.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
